Yuanzhi Tai Chi
Make room for practice.
You do not have to rush. Choose a collection, look through its lessons and take each movement at your own pace.
1. Choose a course
Open the course library and browse a lesson directory. Lessons follow their source order. Teaching language and available subtitles are shown when confirmed.
2. Watch, pause and repeat
Start a lesson yourself using the player controls. Pause, move through the video or replay a movement when you need to. Videos are free to watch; clicking an advertisement is never required.
3. Practice comfortably
Use a clear space and a stable surface. Stay within a comfortable range of movement and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.
Before you press play
- Read the course introduction and check the teaching language. English website text does not guarantee English audio or subtitles.
- Choose a screen position that lets you see the video clearly, and leave enough space around you.
- Look through the lesson directory so you know where the current lesson sits in the original sequence.
Make time to watch and revisit
Watch a passage once before following it. Pause to give yourself time, then replay the part you want to revisit. The player controls let you move through an available video without rushing to the next lesson.
There is no set pace you need to keep. You can return to the same lesson, take a break or simply watch today. A short personal note can help you remember where to begin next time.
Finding your next lesson
Use the search field in a course directory to find a lesson title. On a lesson page, Previous Lesson and Next Lesson follow the course order. If a video has not been published, its status is shown clearly.
